“The start of my journey into the entrance of the Stephen F Austin was spectacular. Mostly, due to the staff, location, and amenities. Anthony runs a tight ship, making sure to touch all points of customer service.
When approaching the service counter, the ease to register, obtain crucial information regarding amenities, and advice on the best way to enjoy the area was pleasant 😀👍.
The rooms were welcoming 🙏, clean, and comfy. Lots of space, great service when needed, and hidden treasures of coffee service within the entertainment cabinet.
It was a joy to stay and a big shout out to Anthony for his wonderful service ❤!
