Ideal para ir en familia, disponen de autobuses para salir de forma gratuita, una pega es que el agua de la piscina está helada, nadie se atreve a meterse, disponen de una piscina climatizada pero está cubierta, así que si te bañas no tomas el sol.

They had great food selections and service at all of the restaurants. Good security, Great showsand excellent mojitos, nice amenities and everything was kept clean. All Inclusive is the way to go. They can schedule tours for you which pick you up and stop you off right at the resort.They also have an ATM machine in the lobby and a convenience Tore.

Great hotel to base yourself to visit to surrounding area. Pool was nice although chairs were hard to come by. Food was great. Alcohol was definitely watered down as is standard for all inclusive; I didn't mind this though as it meant my girlfriend could have more than 1 drink haha. Marrakesh can be a bit intense at times with all the pushy sales people and everyone seeming to want to get money from you - this isn't a complaint it's just an observation. This hotel allows you to separate yourself from that and relax, this is something we really valued. Hopefully one day we can return as we loved Morocco.

Stayed here nearly 10 years ago.... great Hotel our first experience of Morocco must have been good have been back 5 times to the Country now..... all staff very friendly and welcoming lovely grounds with water features..... nice clean rooms.....food was good and plentiful this was the good old days when you got left a bottle of wine on your table.....you can relax here.... don't be afraid to go down town to the City.....

Me encantó el hotel. Elegante y acogedor. Con mucha seguridad.Se puede caminar al rededor y dar unos buenos paseos. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención recibida cada uno de las personas que trabajanson muy amables desde el gerente hasta el ultimo de sus empleados. La piscina es enorme y se realizan muchas actividades durante el dia. Tiene 4 restaurantes y se come muy bien en cualquiera de ellos. El spa, el gimnasio y la piscina cubierta son una maravilla. Se pueden pasar varias semanas de relax sin salir del hotel porque es grande, variado y acogedor.

Everything is lovely but it is not near anywhere if you like to stroll. The animation team work extremely hard but the hotel really needs to pay for different entertainers in the evenings....they have 2 bar areas and a theatre. They presently have a man with a guitar in one place and a duet in the other. The hotel grounds are beautiful.

Well presented hotel, with bedrooms to match. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed too much for them. Large outdoor pool plus an indoor pool and gym. Choice of 3 restaurants for your evening meal, Moroccan, Italian and "Tikida" serving a variety of cuisines. All that and 30° plus temperatures and blue sky, what's not to like. My only observation is that if you use the free bus into the city (and you will) make sure you are at the pick up point on time, the drivers do not wait.

Lo mejor la piscina y el entorno. Los jardines los arrededores de la piscina y las habitaciones está muy conseguido. Las habitaciones están un poco viejas y con instalaciones escasas o anticuadas. Hay que pensar que es un resort y se le exige más. Los bufetes les falta variedad y más comida típica del país. Tiene dos restaurantes temáticos, el Arabe (que es genial y la comida muy buena) y el Italiano (no entiendo muy bien el porqué de este restaurante, de todas maneras la comida no es nada del otro mundo, no os lo recomiendo, id al arabe) En cuanto al personal, no sé si es el carácter local, pero muy secos. De todas maneras cuando yo he ido estaban directivos revisando las instalaciones y nos comentaron que en breve empezarán reformas para modernizarlo, ya que solo hace un año que lo adquirieron.
