“Night shift reception is so tired to work. I had a surgery in nearby hospital, I arrived at 21.00 reception informed food order only till 22.00 I called back at 21.30 to order food...he told he will send the person to take order .... Found odd .... Marriott doesn't take food order on call how.... I waited no one arrived I called again at 21.45 some other person on reception picked the call and informed receptionist is on break and will call you when he arrives.... Called twice here...... The call didn't came and I call again at 22.15 sorry sir no food anymore...we can order from outside but u have to come to reception.... I told I can't due to medical conditions can you send someone.... He told I am alone and can't leave reception.... What an A## .... Just had break, had a friend covering and this answer ... I got angry and cut the phone ..... I didn't have dinner slept as it is..... Next day evening when I go to my room card doesn't work.... I call from lobby being called again at reception...he edits in system for 2secs and the card works ..... Again what an A## he wanted to see who it was from the room I was staying in..... Felt so angry...worst service in a Marriott hotels....🙏🏻”

“Bathroom is a Bit older, room could be cleaner. Breakfast ok, ordered an Omelett which you can get First from 08:30 am - weird. Friendly staff. Not a 5* Hotel. 4* is fine.”
