Hilton is a company I definitely don’t stray from while traveling and I prefer the HGI brand as much as possible. This property is a run of the mill one with a few good points and one thing that I hope changes asap. Overall the staff are friendly and attentive, breakfast was fantastic (they do abide by the food and beverage credit here for Hilton Gold and Diamond members so breakfast isn’t necessarily free anymore), and it’s located in a great spot with plenty of food around and a Starbucks just up the street. My only complaint really is the dated rooms, I hope a renovation is planned for soon simply due to a few spots in the carpet showing major wear and the furniture simply being outdated and tired looking. Also note that the walk in shower in my room had quite the slippery surface when it got soapy, so be advised! Otherwise this is an good property, with great staff, if in the area again I will definitely be back!

They Do NOT have a hot tub. It's been filled in with seating . the pool is kind of warm. For an extra fee you can eat breakfast. If you need a roll away bed that's extra as well..

Will never stay again paid almost $500 for two nights beds are not comfortable at all. You would think for paying almost $500 for the weekend that they would offer free breakfast but no it's almost $13 a person ridiculous. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. And if you don't ask for your room to be cleaned they won't clean it and you won't get clean towels just a joke not happy at all for the money I paid.

Nice clean big rooms. They let us check in early. Location is solid. The only knock is the price was a bit much for no hot tube and no breakfast. Also there were renovations going on. But if you need a good big room with a great location, this is a good spot.

The service here is hit and miss. Sometimes it is good and other times not so good. Rooms are about due for a refresh. Was one of the best hotels in Greenwood, but now there are other newer hotels in the area that this Garden Inn needs to compete with.

Trinity what an incredible job you have done accommodating me. You make sure I got fresh coffee, you made sure you did what Hilton expects going beyond the customer's request. I don't know how to thank you for incredible dedication to service because the Hilton brand should appreciate you and honor you because you have brought your best. You smiled when you didn't have to you called me in my room to make sure my payment was taken care of and you did so many other things that makes the Hilton brand incredible. So I want Hilton to know Trinity is an incredible person and she made my stay very enjoyable and I'm looking forward to coming back to Hilton again. The pool was excellent but it can get a little bit warmer the food needs to be switched to a buffet style and the cappuccino machine should be fixed because it's broken I couldn't get my cappuccino fix but Trinity made sure that I got the best coffee available so I can't say enough about Trinity now she took care of me in the Hilton brand on Thanksgiving Day so thank you so much it was an incredible State I hope to come back again.

Have stayed here before. Make sure to ask for your room to be "refreshed" if you are staying for more than one night. They do not normally service (fresh towels, water) your room.
