“Bad experience considering this is a 4 star hotel near the Madrid airport. The thermostat was broken. The room was hot like a sauna when I entered. The dinner experience in the hotel wasn't good as well. We had to wait for 50mins before our food came out and we didn't order anything exotic. I believe there are better options in the vicinity for the same price. Won't recommend.”

“Beautifully appointed and clean hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle included. Breakfast is the best continental one we have had so far in Spain with hot items, pastries, fruit , etc. worth the money. Highly recommend. Also, the metro is relatively close so If you choose to either go into central Madrid, or drop off a rental car like we did it is easy to get back.”
