Quando ele soube que era minha última noite na Espanha, ele foi tão generoso em atualizar meu quarto duplo para um superior. Eu tenho a melhor vista da cidade do andar mais alto e o café da manhã estava incluído de graça! Ele também me deu um check-out tardio. “Great hotel. Location, rooms, staff, everything was amazing! I would like to thank Pablo at the front desk for the great service. When he knew it was my last night in Spain, he was so generous to upgrade my double room to a superior one. I got the best view of the city from the highest floor and breakfast was included for free! He also gave me a late checkout. Thank you Pablo for doing your best to satisfy the customer. Much appreciated. I will definitely come back!
