“We stayed at this Marriott for what was to be two nights but turned into being just one night. We came for a wedding with our 2 year old son. Fire alarms went off around 10:30pm, stopped, started again around 4am, at which point we left the building along with all other residents. Fire trucks came 30 minutes later and we were headed back into the hotel. Went up to our room - our key didn't work. I went downstairs and asked for a new key, at which point I was asked if I had tampered with the smoke detectors (said no), was asked if I was sure (again). Oscar, the gentleman at the desk who treated me with disrespect, told me there was nothing they could do to compensate us for the night and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience to him. If you don't want to be in the customer service business, move on. buddy. Stay away from this place and go across the street to the other Marriott.”
