“Love the view, the hotel theme and location.
Staff was alright, not very informative or welcoming. When I pulled up at the entrance there was no valet nor a sign to let me know to wait. So after waiting for a while I decided to park my own car. When I checked in they said I need to valet but I need to go back and get my car. I was too exhausted after a long drive to go back to my car to drive back at the entrance. So I spoke to the valet, I told him to just give me a ticket so we both save time. I’ll just put the ticket on my car and he said he can’t give me a ticket for my car cause he would lose his job but for some extra cash he’d be willing to do it (his job lol).
So already annoyed with the check in. Had to drive back to the entrance to repeat the check in process.
I had also noted to them to dust the area because my son has severe eczema. He’s allergic to dust but the room was extremely dusty. My son itched all night because of this. And to top it all off we had cockroaches in our room!
They definitely need to invest more time in service and cleanliness!
