“Meu voo foi cancelado, então a Southwest Airlines me deu um voucher para ficar no Holiday Inn. A recepção tratou o voucher incorretamente, então meu cartão de crédito foi cobrado pela estadia. Nos últimos 10 dias tenho tentado entrar em contato com um gerente para discutir a situação, mas eles evitam minhas ligações e não me ligam de volta.Além disso, agendamos um traslado do hotel às 6h15 para retornar ao aeroporto. O ônibus atrasou 45 minutos. Quase perdemos nosso voo.Para resumir, o serviço é muito pobre neste hotel.”

“Muito caro com certeza. Não vale o preço que paguei por 2 noites. A cama era muuuuito dura. Minhas costas estavam tão doloridas e rígidas. Eu ficava acordando a cada hora de puro desconforto. Os travesseiros eram mais macios que a cama, mas isso também não ajudou. A unidade de aquecimento ligava e desligava a cada minuto ou 2. O ar estava tão seco que eu continuava tossindo enquanto dormia. O restaurante dentro era muito caro também. Sem café da manhã continental. 10,50 por uma omelete de queijo com torradas? Não. Sem microondas no quarto, apenas um frigorífico. Sem banheira, apenas um chuveiro. Remoto no quarto era de má qualidade. Nenhum guia de canais no quarto ou menu para serviço de quarto. Nada dentro do quarto informando o horário de check-out. Procure um hotel melhor.”
