O quarto era muito bom e limpo ... o único problema foi o dano maciço da água no teto do banheiro ... as fotos do meu quarto foram apagadas acidentalmente ...

Very friendly staff! Elevator was broken so had to use the stairs... no issue there! Booked and checked in late very accommodating! Room was very nice and clean... only issue was massive water damage in the bathroom ceiling... my room pictures were accidentally deleted...

Se você tem um cão de serviço, EVITE este lugar! Na primeira semana em que fiquei há algumas semanas, Kathy na recepção disse a um dos meus funcionários que ela cheirou maconha nele e disse que não era permitido fumar no quarto. Eu deixei passar e voltei 2 semanas atrás enquanto trabalhava na área porque sempre fico com a Best Western, membro Diamond Select. Trouxe meu cão de serviço porque não tinha certeza se meu marido e eu trabalharíamos em horários diferentes, sou um veterano com deficiência. Às 15h de hoje, Kathy ligou para meu quarto para pedir a documentação do meu cão de serviço e que o GM declarou que era necessário estender minha reserva. Ela também afirmou que tinha um vídeo do meu cachorro cheirando o sofá e incomodando outros convidados. Nunca a levei para o saguão, sempre subindo e descendo as escadas nos fundos do prédio. Na verdade, quando eu estava planejando voltar na semana passada, 2 cães pit bulls correram para fora da porta dos fundos (sem coleira) e eu tive que proteger meu cachorro. Eu tenho um golden retriever treinado, quando os cães correram, em vez de ela se lançar contra eles, ela se sentou aos meus pés para me proteger. Nunca reclamei ou disse nada, pois nenhum dano foi feito. Tenho a conversa gravada entre Kathy e eu e meu advogado foi contatado e a reclamação por meio do ADA foi iniciada. Isso é muito inaceitável e é ilegal para ela pedir documentação provando que meu cachorro é de fato um cão de serviço, este hotel aprenderá muito bem essas leis, muito em breve. Além dessas questões, o hotel é limpo e foi reformado recentemente.

We booked a room for our kids who are moving to NW Arkansas in the next few days. The front desk staff was vourteous and professional. The room was very clean, and the stay was comfortable. We recommend this hotel for your stay.

If you have a service dog, AVOID this place! The first week I stayed a few weeks ago, Kathy at the front desk told one of my employees that she smelled marijuana on him and told him there was ‘no smoking in the room’. I let that slide and came back 2 weeks ago while working in the area because I always stay with Best Western, Diamond Select member. I brought my service dog as I wasn’t sure if my husband and I would be working different schedules, I am a disabled veteran. At 3pm today, Kathy called my room to ask me for documentation for my service dog and that the GM stated it was required to extend my reservation. She also stated that she had video of my dog smelling of the couch and bothering other guests. I never took her to the lobby, always up and down the stairs at the back of the building. In fact as I was fixing to come back in the back last week, 2 pit bull dogs ran out of the back door (no leash) and I had to protect my dog. I have a trained golden retriever, when the dogs ran out, instead of her lunging at them, she sat at my feet to protect me. I never complained or said anything as no damage was done. I do have the conversation recorded between Kathy and I and my attorney has been contacted and complaint through ADA has been started. This is very unacceptable and is illegal for her to even ask for documentation proving my dog is in fact a service dog, this hotel will be learning those laws very well, very soon. Other than these issues, hotel is clean and has been recently remodeled.

Quartos muito bons. Remodelado recentemente. A única coisa ruim é que meu quarto fica de frente para a estrada. Pode ser barulhento. Principalmente caminhões com canos barulhentos e motocicletas. Trouxe meu próprio ventilador para que ele afogasse o barulho.

Very nice rooms. Remodeled recently. Only thing bad is, my room is facing the road. It can be noisy. Especially trucks with loud pipes, and motorcycles.I brought my own fan so it drownded out there noise.

Very clean, rooms & bathrooms are spacious. Customer service is amazing, Victoria was above and beyond anyone I've ever dealt with on the phone and at check-in, all the way throughout our stay! Super accommodating! We will be back!

The hotel property & hotel room were extremely clean. The hotel was located on a busy road with many eating options nearby. Despite the busy road, you could not hear anything while in the property. The indoor pool & hot-tub were closed due to the health pandemic. A notice was posted on the door to the pool. The breakfast bar was extremely scaled back & only offered breakfast sandwiches along with some drink options. A notice was at the front desk.

Location The room had a very unpleasant smell, wasn't very clean. Breakfast was a store bought breakfast sandwich and orange juice. We understand the breakfast was in part caused by corona but it was not good at all. felt I was in a 2 star hotel.

Our stay was a wonderful experience from checking in to check out. Super staff, clean and very comfortable bed and room , great breakfast, and at a reasonable price. Cannot think of one thing they could have done better. Extremely well run hotel.
