The price was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again, just not on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor (where we stayed) intensely wreaked of gasoline, coming from the maintenance closet. My lungs still are wheezy from it. And a front desk agent was pretty clueless and uninformed about many aspects of the hotel and it's amenities.

Room was clean and adequate for the price. Kept awake all night with people yelling, patting and slamming doors. I made multiple calls to the front desk with no answer. Went down to the front desk multiple times and no one was there until after 7:00 AM. No coffee in the room except for decaf.

Location was great. Shuttle service to cruise terminal was awesome. Breakfast was good. Rooms were not very clean. We actually had a couple of uninvited guests (roaches) in our room!! Bathroom had a stale smell to it.

The convenience to get where I needed w/o having to rent a car. I would wait until the remodel is finished before staying again. Hotel going through a remodel. This was NOT stated at time of reservation. Room was updated, finishing touches were not completed at time of stay. It was extremely loud ALL night making sleep difficult. Staff didn't seem to care.
