Let’s see first room the heating didn’t work so we had to get it fixed, maintenance came fixed it but it didn’t fix… we had to move rooms. Second room the toilet overflowed and had to be fixed. The happy hour was AMAZING and the hotel staff was pretty nice. What has prompted this review was the interaction I received after I left and needed clarification on why I was charged so much more from what the total pay was from when I booked. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never had an employee with the Hilton be this disrespectful and honestly makes me look at Hilton a little different. Vamos ver primeiro quarto o aquecimento não funcionou então tivemos que consertá-lo, a manutenção veio consertar mas não consertou ... tivemos que mudar de quarto. Segundo quarto, o banheiro transbordou e teve que ser consertado. O happy hour foi INCRÍVEL e a equipe do hotel foi muito legal. O que motivou esta revisão foi a interação que recebi depois que saí e precisava de esclarecimentos sobre por que fui cobrado muito mais do que o pagamento total quando fiz a reserva. A senhora com quem falei foi extremamente rude, pouco profissional e desrespeitosa. Eu nunca tive um funcionário do Hilton sendo tão desrespeitoso e honestamente me faz olhar para o Hilton um pouco diferente.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.Upon arrival I was given a room key only to go to the room and find out that was not what I had booked.I returned to service desk where an apology was offered and told there were not any room of what I had booked available and one should be ready next day. Next day went to front desk and was given another room(what I was suppose to have from the start which consisted of double beds and a sofa bed). 1st room had torn curtains,broken sofa bed and the TV remote did not function nor was any hot water!! Next day second room no hot water and microwave did not work. Trash found in sofa!! The tub also was brownish yellow in the bottom. The pool chlorine levels were way to high!! Hotel seems like an older hotel that was remodeled to very minimum!! The food was good but everything else was horrible!! For the price of this hotel,the services and price you pay is not worth it!! For such a price you can most definitely find a better stay in the area. The location was very GREAT. Fiquei neste hotel por 2 noites. Na chegada, recebi uma chave do quarto apenas para ir para o quarto e descobrir que não era o que eu havia reservado. Voltei ao balcão de atendimento, onde um pedido de desculpas foi oferecido e disse que não havia nenhum quarto do que eu havia reservado disponível e um deve estar pronto no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte, fui à recepção e recebi outro quarto (o que eu deveria ter desde o início, que consistia em camas de casal e um sofá-cama). 1 quarto de rua tinha cortinas rasgadas, sofá-cama quebrado e o controle remoto da TV não funcionava nem havia água quente! No dia seguinte, o segundo quarto sem água quente e o micro-ondas não funcionou. Lixo encontrado no sofá!! A banheira também era amarela acastanhada no fundo. Os níveis de cloro da piscina eram muito altos! Hotel parece um hotel antigo que foi reformado ao mínimo!! A comida era boa, mas todo o resto era horrível! Pelo preço deste hotel, os serviços e o preço que você paga não valem a pena! Por esse preço, você pode definitivamente encontrar uma estadia melhor na área. A localização era muito ÓTIMA.

Nice hotel near the Galeria, it is walking distance.The suites are nice and comfy, the only thing is that the room and a old smell to it when we first opened the door.First some reason we could not get house keeping to line our trash bins. I even asked for them too. Overall the service was great from the desk to the ladies who made breakfast every morning. Cozy little place. Nice hotel perto da Galeria, fica a uma curta caminhada. As suítes são agradáveis ​​e confortáveis, a única coisa é que o quarto e um cheiro antigo quando abrimos a porta pela primeira vez. A nice hotel with lots of rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean overlooking both the atrium and part of the Houston surroundings. The atrium look and feel is a little bit dated but still very comfortable. They offer complementary drinks and some finger food at 17:30. Very friendly staff. Um bom hotel com muitos quartos. Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos com vista para o átrio e parte dos arredores de Houston. A aparência do átrio é um pouco datada, mas ainda é muito confortável. Eles oferecem bebidas complementares e alguns petiscos às 17:30. Muito simpática.

Nasty…. Nasty… Nasty… Sticky liquid in the floors in the elevator, I went to get towels from the front desk when I arrived to my room because there weren’t any, was told they would have them bring someone bring them to me. I had to go back downstairs to complain that there were some soiled women’s undies in the sheets (my 5 year oldgrab them and asked me who’s it was) as I was getting our clothes out our suite case to get ready for bed… but fell asleep in our clothes because we never got our towels) shortly after, of course no one was at the desk the second time.I didn’t sleep but set up and dozed on and of in the chair near the door. Got towels 45 min before check out the next day. Complained to the supervisor Issac whom seemed to not car when I asked for the manager card he said he will taking parking price off. What???? I got got charged for parking when I didn’t even drive here and what does parking have to do with your lazy housekeepers not cleaning and sanitizing the rooms thoroughly. I’m so done!!!!! Nojento…. Nojento ... Nojento ... Líquido pegajoso no chão do elevador, fui buscar toalhas na recepção quando cheguei ao meu quarto porque não havia, disseram que eles trariam alguém para trazê-los para mim. Eu tive que descer as escadas para reclamar que havia algumas cuecas femininas sujas nos lençóis (minha filha de 5 anos as pegou e me perguntou quem era) enquanto eu estava tirando nossas roupas da mala da suíte para me preparar para dormir ... mas caí dormindo em nossas roupas porque nunca recebemos nossas toalhas) logo depois, é claro que ninguém estava na mesa pela segunda vez. Eu não dormi, mas me preparei e cochilei na cadeira perto da porta. Tenho toalhas 45 minutos antes do check-out no dia seguinte. Reclamei com o supervisor Issac que parecia não ter carro quando pedi o cartão do gerente ele disse que vai descontar o preço do estacionamento. O que???? Fui cobrado pelo estacionamento quando nem dirigi até aqui e o que o estacionamento tem a ver com suas governantas preguiçosas que não limpam e higienizam os quartos completamente. Estou tão cansado!!!!!

I loved the jacuzzi and the pool. The happy hour and free breakfast was a huge plus. The service was awesome. The only flaw I could point out is that there’s only one set of elevators. One of them had this weird little kick to it before it stopped at your floor. Kinda like it wanted to fall! Other than that the hotel is awesome and conveniently located walking distance from the mall. I recommend Snooze restaurant if you wanna check out breakfast around there! Adorei o jacuzzi e a piscina. O happy hour e o café da manhã gratuito foram uma grande vantagem. O serviço foi incrível. A única falha que pude apontar é que há apenas um conjunto de elevadores. Um deles deu um chute estranho antes de parar no seu andar. Meio que queria cair! Fora isso, o hotel é incrível e está convenientemente localizado a uma curta caminhada do shopping. Eu recomendo o restaurante Snooze se você quiser conferir o café da manhã por lá!

I really liked this hotel. I spent every breaking on the bridge looking at the male and female English Swans before they retired. They were the magic in this hotel. The location was wonderful right in the center of all my events for two weeks.The staff worked well together throughout all departments from the cooks, cleaning staff, front desk, event manager, and engineers. The chef’s made to order breakfast was great! The hotels front desk help in so many ways like finding locations to explore, new popular restaurants, and help fulfill all the meeting rooms needs for 2 weeks.The top floor platinum room were relaxing. The layout of the room was an open floor plan. Starting with an office with small office table /living room with couch. The kitchen was a nice touch. The bathroom was modern clean white bright mirror. The separated bedroom was a plus for my wife too separate work from pleasure. Eu realmente gostei deste hotel. Passei todas as pausas na ponte olhando para os Cisnes Ingleses masculinos e femininos antes de se aposentarem. Eles eram a magia neste hotel. A localização foi maravilhosa bem no centro de todos os meus eventos por duas semanas.A equipe trabalhou bem em conjunto em todos os departamentos, desde cozinheiros, equipe de limpeza, recepção, gerente de eventos e engenheiros. O café da manhã feito sob encomenda do chef foi ótimo! O layout da sala era um piso plano aberto. Começando com um escritório com pequena mesa de escritório/sala com sofá. A cozinha foi um toque agradável. O banheiro era moderno espelho branco limpo e brilhante. O quarto separado foi uma vantagem para minha esposa também separar o trabalho do prazer.

There were many issues with the specific Embassy Suite. We were so annoyed with this experience that we were looking to book another hotel after we checked-in. Only redeeming factor was that Nick (front end manager) was very nice and courteous. He tried his best to accommodate us. - The room was too cold and it was set to 60 degrees. When we tried to move it to 68, it would still continue to blow at 60. We were cold throughout the night. - Bathroom door cannot to be locked from inside. The bathroom door handle was broken. - There was not trash bag or dirty clothes bag - I asked for 3 extra towels in the morning around 8AM. I checked out at 11:00AM and I received the extra towels. We left without any of us could get a hot shower.Other than that, we had a nice time. The breakfast was good. The kitchen wait staff were extremely nice. Houve muitos problemas com o Embassy Suite específico. Ficamos tão irritados com essa experiência que estávamos procurando reservar outro hotel depois de fazermos o check-in. O único fator redentor foi que Nick (gerente de front-end) foi muito agradável e cortês. Ele tentou o seu melhor para nos acomodar. - O quarto estava muito frio e foi ajustado para 60 graus. Quando tentamos movê-lo para 68, ainda continuava a soprar em 60. Passamos frio a noite toda. - A porta do banheiro não pode ser trancada por dentro. A maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava quebrada. - Não havia saco de lixo ou saco de roupa suja - Pedi 3 toalhas extras pela manhã por volta das 8h. Fiz o check-out às 11:00 e recebi as toalhas extras. Saímos sem que nenhum de nós pudesse tomar um banho quente.Fora isso, passamos bons momentos. O café da manhã era bom. A equipe de garçons da cozinha foram extremamente agradáveis.

Al hotel le hace falta mantenimiento se ve un poco descuidado y la habitación que me asignaron me toco con una fuga de agua en la regadera que nunca pudieron reparar además que el cuarto olia mucho a drenaje y el A/C no funcionaba del todo bien.

Hotel buen confort limpio buen personal de trabajo muy calificativo trabajadores y eficiente a mi me salio a buen precio un precio muy bajo por ser empleado de la cadena de hoteles Hilton

Me encanto el ambiente, muy cerca de todo, cuartos muy espaciosos y muy limpios, buen precio, el Gerente muy amable y nos brindo mucha ayuda. El desayuno muy bueno. Porfavor traigan nuevamente la recepcion en las tarde y la apertura completa de el Rest y la Barra. En general todo excelente regreso nuevamente y lo recomiendo

El hotel tiene muchos espacios para trabajar, tener reuniones de distinta índole, en el caso de viajar por algún asunto médico,hay espacio suficiente en la habitación ya que es posible dividirla y dar privacidad.Está muy bien ubicado y por lo pronto no están cobrando el estacionamiento, lo cual es un gran apoyo. No esperes alimentos gourmet o de gran calidad.Pueden mejorar que haya limpieza diaria de habitación ya que no es agradable regresar y encontrar la camas sin tender o el baño pulcro.La atención varía de cada una de las personas, algun@s son amables y otros parcos.

Muy mal servicio de limpiezael desayuno. Las mesas sucias y los botes de basura llenos. Sólo un elevador sirvió durante toda nuestra estancia. Lo compartíamoscon el personal de limpieza y todos los huéspedes. ppr Lo que no se pudo guardar la distancia adecuada para el Covid. No lo recomiendo el hotel
